I remember when I started building this blog, there was a .psd file in the zipped template I had to edit...and it was the site very logo you see up there. I had no Adobe photoshop and I wasn't willing to buy so I ran a little search on google and came up with paint.net and some other picture editing softwares. I downloaded paint.net and got the photoshop plugin and I never regretted it. It did the job perfectly! A light weight software of about 1.5MB with so much features packed into it! Once installed, unzip photoshop.zip (PSD plug-in), put PhotoShop.dll in Program Files\Paint.NET\FileTypes and restart Pain.NET
