HIDE DISPLAY OF ALL DRIVES IN 'MY COMPUTER'

This is a very simple trick which can be done in windows registry to fool someone. Tweaking the registry hides the display of all drives in 'my computer'

-Type "regedit" (without quotes) as a run command and go to this location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

-Now in the right pane create a new DWORD item and name it NoDrives.

-Modify it's value and set it to 3FFFFFF (Hexadecimal)

-Press F5 to refresh.

Click on my computer and no drive will be shown.

To reverse this change, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer from your registry editor and delete the DWORD "NoDrives"=dword:03FFFFFF
