The only thing you need for this is a keyboard. Yes, you heard me right, a keyboard. You also need a photo editing software. Anyone will do, a very simple one like Paint or sophisticated ones like Adobe Photoshop.
Now here's the little trick:
1. Locate the "print screen" button on your keyboard.
The look and location of the button might be different depending on your type of keyboard.
2. Press this button and you now have the whole screen on your clip board.
3. Open your favourite image editing software and press CTRL + V or CTRL + ALT + V
4. You can now crop or edit the image to your taste and save.
This is the simplest way to capture screenshots on windows. There are more advanced ways but hey, I don't actually need them because this looks convenient and easy for me. It's what I've been stuck with for years.
