India Web Proxy Settings On MTN & How To Get Free Servers

India Web Proxy is another tunneling software that's proven to be one of the best so far. It's just a light, portable java application that works with the aid of a php server script. Download india Web Proxy V2 (Hotfile)

Now run India Web proxy and connect your modem through MTN access point (web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net).

Click on settings and configure as follows:

Web Server Address: 10.199.212.8
Web Server Host Port: 80
India Web Proxy Host: http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~r93117/tutorial.php

Network Proxy Address: 10.199.212.2
Network Proxy Addr Port: 8080

The settings should be exactly as shown in the screenshot below:

Note that the above settings might not work if server up there stops working. You need to get a working server to power the software.

How To Get Free India Web Proxy Servers

It's always advisable to have your own self hosted India Web Proxy server as explained here but if you don't want to go through the stress of creating your own server, you can get some through google. All you need to do is run an advanced search query that'll fetch dozens servers hosted on free and paid web hosts.

Just type that in google search, then click on show omitted search results. You have to click on the results one after the other and any of them that displays Target host not found/down will definitely work as your IWP server.

Using IWP On Other Networks

India Web Proxy should work on other networks outside Nigeria so far you can tweak the settings appropriately. Whether you're using MTN or Airtel in Ghana, South Africa or Zambia or you're a Globe or Smart subscriber in Phillipines, you can still browse free with India Web Proxy by changing network proxy address and port to your internet service provider's IP and port.

You should also change web server address (10.199.212.8) to any free site you have on your network. It's only an idea but I hope it works for you.
